I'm a dad, husband, career firefighter, beer drinker, runner, hiker, bike rider and internet-surfer. I like unique web content, random facts, and trees. I love harassing my wife and kids until they tell me to stop. My lizard likes me a bit less than I like her, but I encourage everyone to like her as much as they can even though she's cranky.

I dislike child support, wet weather, charter schools, tea-partiers and cacti. I don't know what to do with all my adult mice. My teenage sons stresses me out sometimes. But he's really smart and sweet when he wants to be and it's JUST enough to avoid bloodshed.

My wife is amazing and takes my crankiness and goes to bed with me every night regardless.

I love dogs and am currently lamenting this period in my life when I don't have one. I have had one around me my entire life and so I feel a bit off. You can keep the cats...or drown them.
